Site Supervisor

Projects: Commercial & Multi-Residential Project up to $300m
Salary: $160,000 to $250,000 plus Super

Randstad are partnering with their longstanding client and are seeking a Commercial Site Manager to join a Tier 2 Commercial Builder in Melbourne, best known for Commercial and Residential projects up to $300m.

This builder is considered one of Victoria's busiest builders currently, with over 18 projects live and a further 15 to start in the 2nd half of the year. You will be joining a builder with a secure pipeline of projects and over 90% repeat client projects.

Not only will you have a secure job, you will be apart of a well resourced team with support from Construction Directors, Senior Project Managers, Contract Administrators and more!

3 x Structures Foremen - South Yarra, Docklands, CBD
General Foreman - Spotswood
Finishes Foreman - Heidelberg


Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the following:

• Managing up to 300 trades on site
• Supporting the Site Manager, Project Manager and wider project team
• Ensuring the timelines and quality of their deliverables are met.
• Running toolbox meetings, inductions and OH&S standard

The ideal candidate will have:

• A trade background

• Demonstrated experience as an Site Manager/ Supervisor on Multi level builds up to $40m

• A strong understanding of project management from inception to completion.

• The ability to lead a site team, enforce safety standards, and maintain quality control.

• Experience using Construction related softwares such as Hammertech, Aconex, Visibuild

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
